Here I feel like we all care about one thing which is to make great glasses and fast. The company is family owned and the feeling is there. We get benefits like paid leave and vacation plus a car allowance if into sales. I worked here for over 10 years now and started in the warehouse. If you work hard here, you get to grow which is very good. Management are very accommodating and give you much time to resolve personal issue if you require.
