Pros

Since I started at Knack I’ve had the most supportive managers, mentors and team members I’ve ever had. It’s apparent that the cofounders have taken the feedback you see in these reviews to heart and want to be good employers with solid, well-executed lead gen and creative options for their clients. The benefits and compensation are fantastic, and workloads are reasonable. It’s also fun to come to work each day with talented, passionate people who often show appreciation for each other.

Cons

There has been a lot of turnover which can sometimes cause issues when nobody left knows some history on projects, but it seems like that will continue to improve as the right teams fall into place.

Cons

-not for everyone... start-ups can mean shifting priorities, lack of formal processes, inconsistent internal growth volumes. You may be asked to take on additional tasks, but it's a great place for people who thrive in these environments
