The team and culture are the reason to work here. Absolutely amazing people and a genuinely good and generous boss. From the top-down - everyone who here is someone you want to work with. It's a place where you can make a big difference and take pride in how your work affects the company as a whole. The product the company puts out is always stellar. You can take pride in every event or campaign that goes out. For an early point in your career, there's a lot of opportunity for growth and owning some pretty impressive projects for your resume.
Cons
To thrive here the job has to be a huge part of your life - that can be really fun and energizing for a while but hard to balance if you have other obligations. Compensation isn't very competitive, but it's worth it for the culture if you can make it work.
