Pros

Job is generally easy once you get the hang of math portions and knowledge within the table games. The company itself has very good benefits. Work culture is great with staff always willing to help anyone learn and improve their skills. Very good pay for what the workload contains. There’s growth within the company which means if you do a good enough job and want to look for a promotion the opportunities will be there.

Cons

It can be a bit boring after a while.
