      Amazing people on the team who provide a great solution to a common real estate problem: helping clients buy-then-sell.

      The fast-paced environment is fun! But it's not for people looking for a slow stroll.

      Pros

      Remote position (literally a "bring your dog to work day" every day!), top notch support and training, the people are amazing, base pay is incredible and the commission structure is fantastic, opportunity for advancement, ZERO micro management, unlimited PTO, the benefits are AMAZING, the work itself is fulfilling and rewarding.

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything negative to say. The only con would be sometimes I think it's too good to be true!

      Pros

      Knock offers a great product, that helps everyone in the transaction. The team is very welcoming and everyone is truly rooting for you. The pay is competitive but could be better a bit better, but overall it's a great place to be.

      Cons

      The base pay is great but the commission plan could be better.
