Working here has greatly fostered my technical knowledge as I worked under the wing of many senior engineers and given freedom to explore. I was able to self manage and learn things on my own, but always had support when needed. The benefits are good and the wages are exceptional given your responsibilities. I highly recommend this job if you are looking to excel your skills in IT.
Cons
There was no clear step to a promotion even though there was ample room for growth in this position.
