      Opportunity to leverage skills through learning by doing. Wonderful clients and opportunity to build network.

      Ill prepared organisation and management who did not truly care about the wellbeing of its colleagues or its own organisational culture.

      Team was not always professional. HR was poor. Didn’t listen to concerns raised and there was a lot of favouritism

      KnowledgeBrief is very values driven, from the very top down, and it is great to feel part of a forward-thinking company with a solid mission. Enhanced annual leave, flexible working and great comms.

      None really, there are always growing pains to a small business but we address them confidently and justly to ensure a good employee experience
