Pros
One of the best jobs I've ever had. CEO is amazing, so is the VP. They work closely with all the employees and feel like they are any other co-worker. Everybody is really friendly. It's a great place to come to every day. PTO is great and they have an "agency vibe" where the schedule is very chill and flexible. Don't get me wrong, you still need to come in for your 8 hours if you're full time. But they are flexible with your 8 hour range. The scrub industry is pretty interesting and competitive but it feels great to be in the koi pond team!

They need to show more employee appreciation.

Pros
People are nice, helpful, and CEO and VP treat all employees fair and do not give the vibe " I'm CEO of VP" They work hard like all employees to achieve the same goal. This company concentrates on proactive attitudes, positive personalities, and work performance.
Cons
Just general ones such as some functions can be improved. I know that they are working on making more company social events, and improving the culture. But though still in growth, everyone is working with everyone in getting to that next step. Oh- 1 negative- you are in the biggest traffic area, and if you head east, expect an house to get to the other side.
