      Great environment for learning

      Pros

      - Great to be part of a scaling company across SaaS and platform type businesses within the mortgage industry - Huge opportunities to learn about how to build a business and get involved in lots of different areas across the company - Good transparency from leadership and a strong focus on self improvement - Smart, motivated, collaborative people

      Cons

      - The work is challenging and expectations are high, and workload is high - In-office requirements for most staff, although this has been communicated very openly

      Pros

      Koodoo has been an amazing team to join. The culture is very supportive and everyone pitches in together. It's at a very exciting growth stage, and the role gives you a huge amount of autonomy in directing the go-to-market plan for the products, which is really exciting. I feel really valued and looked after in my role and am very grateful for the strong and kind management in this company. I also feel like there is a lot of opportunity within the business to progress and keep learning, so you don't stagnate. The company is backed by venture builder Blenheim Chalcot, which offers a good level of support. I am encouraged to maintain a really good work-life balance which I also appreciate hugely.

      Cons

      This is fast-paced so you need to be prepared to change tack quickly and embrace new directions / challenges. If you like that - it's a really great and fun place.
