      Pros

      I always have many projects to work on. So I technically improved myself.

      Cons

      Even though it is part of biggest company of Turkey, internal processes are incredibly bad for efficiency. No matters if you över achieved or not, if your field is not in the focus of company strategy, your achievement is nothing and not seen. You are not promoted or your salary does not increase within years while the ones in the scope promoted even though they do not achieve any kpi.

      The company supports the employee for self improvement, for example if the employee is a business analyst but wants to improve themselves on data science, there are lots of in-company programs for such needs, plus the company occasionaly pays for various certifications and courses.

      Cons

      The company can pay the employees a little better.
