      Pros

      This is one of the best environments I've ever worked in, and I have had 10+ jobs in my time. I left only because my pre-agreed contract was up in 2019. The HR department was SO INCREDIBLY welcoming, not to mention everyone else! I always had someone to turn to, everyone wanted to know how your day was, and lunches with coworkers was very common. Even the CEO came to some of the meetings I attended, and asked for our opinions on things. A company with huge opportunity for individual growth and learning. I would have stayed for years if I could have! As I keep looking for jobs, I look for a culture that mirrors what I experienced at Kreg.

      Cons

      It was a very male heavy work environment, but they were very conscious of not being disrespectful.
