      Pros

      - diversity & inclusion (as a member of a minority group, this is life changer for me) - lots of energy spent in making things better (technical, functional, processes, etc)

      Cons

      - a lot of technical debt / old architecture - software editor with only one complex product

      Great team and great company culture. Management tries very hard to keep hands off and doesn't micro manage.

      Cons

      There a few processes that do take a while. A lot of it is because of the time difference between corporate office in France and the US
