The expectations can be very high and there is a big learning curve until you do a couple of deals
They have a great company culture with outings and everyone get's along well. Management is very hands-on invested in their teams, the office location is easy to get to, and pay is very transparent.

None that really come to mind - just wasn't the right role for me.
