- Cool products to work on. The environment is fast-paced and the priorities might change quickly, but the process is good at handling it. - Development team has a good technical level. They mostly hire experienced people and turnover is low. The tech stack is overall in a decent shape, allowing a good velocity. - There is room to propose new technical ideas and you will get support from your peers if you convince them of the benefits. - Social activities greatly improved in the last year.

Cons

Benefits could be improved. They're a bit low compared to other more "boring" Montréal tech companies.
