GOOD INTRODUCTION

Pros

Working at LE BOOK was an interesting experience and a good introduction to the advertising and fashion industry. While pay was below average and management was tough, the opportunity was great in making new contacts, and networking with creative professionals from junior to senior level, in many different markets. Not cut out for everybody but good opportunity to learn. Office environment is casual, office is well located - non-management staff are friendly and engaging. Some opportunity to travel.

Cons

Pay is below average. Management can be demanding and overbearing. Benefits aren't great.
