I love working at this company. The people are so friendly and warm and it is easy to communicate and be yourself. Also flexibility with working remotely.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of many cons to working here. If you are looking to work fully remote but are in the local area then it might have to be a discussion with your superiors.

They treat you like an adult and you get to know the partners even as an associate. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

It's still accounting so lots of deadlines but that's nothing to do with the company more of the industry.
