amazing mentors. talented colleagues. tons of inspiration and opportunity for growth. great space in a great neighborhood. huge array of brands spanning a variety of industries = a very well-rounded portfolio and work that's actually fun. knowing you work at the best fashion agency in the city is also a pro, i suppose.

The people are great, depending on the team you were on. Felt like a family-style business.

Lack of communication from the top down, and lack of respect from the top down.
