Pros

Great place to work! The leadership team really cares about the well being of the employees. A good work/life balance is always priority. The entire team is friendly and welcoming. Everyone is always eager to help each other out. Great benefits and incentive plans, and they offer a pension plan, which is almost unheard of in this industry.

Cons

Project timelines are tight sometimes, but that is client driven. But great teamwork helps get projects accomplished.
