Unbelievable, but I got my promotion to the dedicated team member just when passed my probation period! Internal career growth is a really a part of the corporate culture here, more than half of the current managers started their ways from entry positions. And people...they are absolutely incredible here, open, kind, and very professional!

Cons

I have no such type of feedback now.
