      Laguna Tools is a 35 year old company with plenty of room for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Some of the employee's don't take their job seriously and bring down morale.

      Pros

      Laguna Tools is an industry leader in innovative products and they are growing at an uncontrolled rate which forces a very fast paced and disciplined work-place. There is a ton to learn, and many intelligent people available to help.

      Cons

      Some employees, in positions that should be careers, are under the impression that the job they hold is temporary or non-vital and their work ethic and attitude reflects this. It is no secret that Investors are heavily involved, which is a large portion of management's plate that takes space away from what is important. The future is foggy.

      Great machines, good salary, fun environment, travel to trade shows, lots of innovation, nice people to work with and incoming leads

      Cons

      Family owned and operated, so there is some nepotism, trade shows can be a grind, some weekend work and travel
