      Great place to work

      Pros

      You only have to wait a short time for vacation and PTO to kick in. The job is easy. Most of the staff are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      It does get extremely hot during the summer, especially up on the packing mezzanine which is upstairs. There is a lot of walking daily so you have to have a good pair of shoes and be prepared to move!!

      Pros

      Thoughtful, smart management. Family owned, so the best long term decisions are made, not short term ones. I feel valued as an employee and love the people I work with. Ownership is making HUGE re-investments into the Company. The future looks bright.

      Cons

      Small town (I personally think that is a Pro, but not everyone does)
