It has been 3 years that I have worked for this company and I can honestly say that it is a real pleasure, The owner of the company has made dramatic changes for 2017 and we are already benefiting from this, we now have the right people doing the right jobs that they can excel in. Our CEO resides in the office and has an open door policy, very hands on and promotes not only his company but also his staff. With early departure on a Friday afternoon (rota), improved office layout, free fruit on a Wednesday, hot and cold drinks (filtered water taps) and free car parking.

None, other then negative people leaving comments once they have left even thou they have worked at Lantec for long periods.
