      Honestly a great place to work. The leadership team is solid, and everyone is super supportive. The company is growing fast right now, so things are really exciting, and you can actually see the impact of what you're building every day.

      Nothing out of the ordinary—just the regular startup growing pains.

      Pros

      The team is the best I've ever worked with. Both technically and more importantly, as people. We have challenges to overcome but doing it with a team I love to see every day makes it the most exhilarating job of my career.

      Cons

      We are evolving our architecture to make developing at TBP easier. But as with all things, it takes time.
