You will fit in best here if you have an entrepreneurial mindset. No one is going to tell you how to do your job, the work is challenging but rewarding. At times you will have to be comfortable operating in the "gray" the solution will not be given, you will be expected to develop it (with help from the team). You will often have competing priorities and will have to decide the best way to get things done. This is true consulting, this is not a group of order takers. You will be asked to present solutions to complex problems to clients. If these "cons" don't sound like "pros" this may not be a fit for you.
