Pros

A great management team that truly has a vested interest in individual successes in addition to overall company growth. Growth is vital and Layered Tech continues expand at a rapid pace while still providing a more than acceptable work/life balance to its employees. Although the work can be challenging at times, hard work and dedication is not overlooked. Opportunity for advancement is never lacking and the office culture is easy going and fun. There is never a dull moment!

Cons

Nothing glaring to report here. Timelines for getting new hardware ordered that's needed for client expansion projects can be inconsistent at times.

Pros

Everybody maters at Layered Tech. No job is unimportant. We work together to get stuff done with minimal politics and territorial behaviors. Lots of flexibility in how I get my job done. I feel empowered.

Cons

Financially oriented company with conservative investment practices. Can be challenging to get projects approved.

Pros

The people who work here really work well together and have a good chemistry. The dress code is relaxed and the atmosphere is very casual There is room for advancement Training and technical certifications are paid for!!! Plus you get a pay raise for earning certifications!

Cons

Need to improve the divide between the Dallas and KC offices because often times it doesn't appear as though the employees at both locations are on the same page.
