I have yet to find a single con about working here. If you are not used to working for a fast paced, growing agency it might take time to adjust.
Small enough company to really care about everyone involved, but large enough portfolio to feel like you're really making an impact. Everyone is young and full of energy which makes everyday exciting!

Working remote makes it a little hard to be social in the workplace.
