Pros
I started off working at Leadhub as an SEO specialist and made my way up to the Account Manager position. All in all, I've got nothing but good things to say about the entire team. They've got a great work hard, play hard mentality and it shows. The owners go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed. If you ever have any constructive feedback, recommendations, or just want to try a new process/tool, they are very open minded and are willing to give it a try. If you live in San Antonio and are looking to launch your career in digital marketing, I would highly recommend applying to Leadhub.
Cons
If there was one thing I felt would have made me more successful, it would be to go through some sort of training protocol as an Account Manager. At times the position was a bit overwhelming but if there was a streamlined process in place it would have made it more manageable. That being said, management was extremely helpful and has a fantastic open door policy. If you ever had questions or concerns they were happy to sit down with you.

Fun and laid back team members. Very knowledgable director. Kind and motivating president. After college I switched industries because I wanted to get into digital marketing. In my two years at Leadhub I learned more than I could ever imagine. The company excels at web development, SEO, and SEM. If you're interested in these fields, Leadhub serves as a great incubator for professional skill development.
Cons
Startup culture isn't for everyone. Some prefer it, others may want more benefits.
