Working in Leading Insurance has been memorable. The people are so nice and work atmosphere is fun. The culture is young and dynamic. My managers are very approachable and easy to talk to! Great Benefit probably the best benefit compare to any other company. Good place to start and build your career.

1. Great benefit; 2. Flexible working schedule, you choose whatever hour you want to work with as long as you can finish your job; 3. As a rookie, you have chance to do the real business instead of being coffee and copy guy (this can be good or bad since you don't get enough training); 4. People. This is what I love most about this office. Extremely friendly working environment

1. Underpaid; 2. Lack of career development. Slight chance for promotion; 3. Miscommunication between management and staff
