Pros
As an investment professional, I appreciate the rigour of the investment process at LeapFrog, and the quality of the team. I think it's rare, and probably unique, that this is combined with such significant social purpose. LeapFrog is growing fast, and the CEO has a big vision that drives that growth. LeapFrog has attracted big investors, so they obviously get the picture! Personally, I love working in emerging markets - the opportunity set is vast, and the companies we invest in are innovative and inspiring.

Nothing significant. It's a challenging environment, perhaps some people might not be able to take the pressure.
