I have been at Leapfrog for a little over a year now and can say that I have learned a great deal about all the aspects of my role. It is a fun but fast pace environment, my favorite part about Leapfrog is ‘being your own boss’ and holding yourself accountable. This is a place where you are constantly evolving your skill set with the support and encouragement of management/coworkers. At Leapfrog, I am given the opportunity to be a part of each facet that runs through the business, working firsthand with both Managing Partners I am able to see how much hard work and time goes into running a company. There are no job role restrictions or a feeling of being tied down to one role. You are given the freedom to grow into what you want to be, whether it’s a marketing manager, support engineer or solutions architect, the sky is the limit. Kathy and Jeff have given me just about every opportunity to grow into the position I am at now. I have a great group of guys as team members and I am grateful for the friendships and knowledge I have gained by working here.
