The company has a great collaborative culture in hybrid work environment. ( also, a favorite) + Remote work/ hybrid work schedule (huge win!!! yay!!) + complete transparency across entire company goals and direction!! + really cool holiday parties and get togethers ( both virtual and in person) - ( I'm talking weekend trips and getaways with the team!!! really fun! Learnit is an amazing company to learn from and grow with and I've been around for ~4 years now. I am always appreciated at work and my hard work is acknowledged and it feels great to share WINS with the Team.
