Pros

Culture is everything at LearnUpon, everyone gets on well and we all have fun together. I’ve worked remotely for a number of years servicing clients away from our HQ in Dublin, however, whenever I’m on calls with various teams or whenever I visit, it feels like my second home. Everyone's efforts and contributions are noticed and highlighted frequently by management, either in quarterly company updates. In the times when it’s required the most, it’s refreshing to see a teams from all departments pull together in the way ours do. We're also encouraged to put up ideas forward of how to improve team, processes and the application itself.

Growth Opportunities: For context I spent 5 years with LearnUpon, starting as an entry level SDR and finishing as an enterprise AE which is a testament to the development path available. If you work hard the skys the limit. Culture: above all else, at LearnUpon you get to work with an absolutely fantastic team that care about you professionally and personally. The team are hard working but know how to have fun. It’s really clear that leadership cares about this a lot. Dublin office: great environment to work with a fantastic bunch of people who are driven to make LU grow. Product: AI enhancements and acquisitions are helping putting AE’s in a better position to win deals. Leadership: are being more thoughtful about GTM strategy in order to improve how we compete against other LMS’.

Cons

Genuinely none come to mind. The LMS space is competitive but the team are doing everything they can to be offer an attractive solution as possible.
