Great culture, communication, exposure to other areas of the company and opportunity to advance
Cons
None really, it's a younger company that still has a start up feel, so the only con would be having to be very flexible and wear a few different hats to get the job done.

Thank you for your review!! We appreciate your honest feedback.
The team is absolutely incredible and made me feel at home instantly. Everyone is so passionate about the work they do and really wants to make a difference within the insurance field. I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the short time that I've been on the team.
Cons
Being a trendsetter can be hard work. We have to put a lot of effort into backing up what we do.

Thank you for your kind words! We value your insight and experience.
Benefits and environment are great.... a really fun group to work for and with.
Pre-Covid the in-office time was always a good mix of work and fun and they've done a great job of maintaining that culture even though we're remote. Nobody in management or otherwise thinks that working from home means we're getting less done or that we shouldn't take time off.... Lots of really smart people doing great work.
The industry we serve can be slow to adapt to new things.... so the rewarding part of seeing the product really breakthrough and get traction is not immediate (but it rarely is). The marketing efforts and direction that we are pushing feels right.... management does a good job of keeping us up to date on where the industry is going.
Cons
Nothing I can think of.
