I love working with the Legence bank team due to the small business environment with the corporate vibe. Each branch is very small and close knit and yet there are hundreds of employees. Gets the vibe of a small business and also having the support of a large organization.

Most things are great, however there is a slight lacking in clear job responsibilities that cremates confusion from time to time.
