Opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing business. Promotes from within. Ability to review, create, or at the very least discuss corp. policies. Actively engaged owner who is knowledgeable about washing cars. The company is very focused on letting each store run how the manager sees fit. You will probably learn new skills i.e. plumbing, electrical, hazmat safety, etc... The big one: the company has the funds to keep the stores in excellent condition, keep pay competitive, and upgrade the washes when needed. Decidedly a pretty sweet gig. Ronnie made an 8 hour round trip in his car to hand deliver our paychecks when our ex 3rd party payroll company dropped the ball. We got our checks the day we were supposed to.

Cons

Can be difficult to find the right employees. It certainly takes special breed to work with customers involving their prized possessions in the bitter cold and muggy, stifling heat. There isn't always a problem solver you can call, you may have to take on some things that would normally be out of your lane. This can be difficult or fun depending on your point of view.
