Pros
A very innovative company with a pool of professionals focused on medical product development and regulatory affairs. Core competence is in biomedical optics and small medical devices and gadgets.The company has a very impressive record, considering that it started in a garage and is now ready to move to technology incubator. There is a lot of respect by customers of regulatory consulting services in terms of dependability and strategic positioning advice with products in uncharted territories.
Cons
Being a small company, workers have to wear many hats. This can be frustrating at times when employees have to figure things out quickly and on their own. This is also the interesting part of this company. Never a boring day. As a start-up, projects depend on funding by federal grants and these could be uncertain, putting interesting projects on hold until financing is secured.
