No workplace is perfect, but you can tell Lemonly really tries to do the right thing for employees. They're super flexible and trust their team.
Cons
Evaluations and goals are inconsistent, still have a start-up mindset about that sometimes

Pros
Lemonly employs some of the most talented people in the area. Colleagues are competent and over achievers. Fun happy hours and retreats with great coworkers. As for culture, they're trying harder than most businesses in Sioux Falls, but culture is more than happy hours and swag.
Cons
Low to no accountability for management. Goals are a moving target and how they're measured is ever evolving. Very little room for growth or promotions if you're not at the top to start. Pay is not competitive.
