Bonuses and paid well I had a gem manager compared to everyone else.

Moving too quickly. They company is just forging ahead no matter what.

Pros
Small company, you get guidance and support all the way, my manager was very nice and extremely helpful. You stand out in small teams, and have a lot of room for growth.
Cons
The only thing I'd say is, there is a lot of competition, so make your work stand out, and make yourself noticeable! Introduce yourself to the different departments!
