      It is a great place to work if it is your first job. The management was very helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      Barbacks would come and go because it is hard work so the retention rate was really low.

      2 wonderful families own this winery are are really fantastic to work for. The wine is delicious and a very high quality and very easy to sell!!

      Cons

      It is out in the wine country, so it is a long drive from the freeway. But it is beautiful countryside in the drive.
