Pros

I joined LevelEleven after years of seeing the sales leadership process not done well at other companies, and LevelEleven helps those companies improve. It's a close team and we work together on pretty much everything. As a smaller company, you have the ability to make an immediate impact on how the company operates and its overall success no matter what your role is. It's pretty exciting stuff. There are also plenty of company wide happy hours to participate in.

Cons

It's not really a con, but be prepared to wear more hats than what you're used to. But, that just adds more skills to grow your career. If you care about growing a skillset and have passion around the business, the leadership team will usually help you move in the right direction.

Pros

The employees are the reason I come into work every day. Everyone is extremely friendly and cares so much about the success of the company. I know I am able to approach anyone and ask for help and they will be more than happy to assist as much as they can. We also have weekly happy hours and frequent company outings!

Cons

Being a "startup" there is no onboarding process. You pretty much have to figure it out on your own.

Pros

The people are not only super fun, but they are also always willing to help each other. The collaboration and support here are like no other. There are also travel opportunities which is always nice.

Cons

Since it's a smaller company you are often wearing many hats and have a lot on your plate. However, this is something that you adjust to over time and develops your skills more so it's not the end of the world.
