I was relocating to join LevelUp Ventures. The company did everything for me to feel welcome, adapt quickly and start doing what I enjoy. The team is not only professional but also fun! Great attention to culture and results by leaders. Management has a deep understanding of the domain and inspiring expertise. Keep it up!

Interview Process: 1) really engaging process 2)always giving feedback and letting you know of the process and next steps 3)very friendly 4)not using the usual interview questions 5)even though the process has many steps, it went really fast Working at LevelUp Ventures: 1) Awesome, friendly, informal environment 2) International and young team 3) You are being truly heard and your opinion matters 4)Everyone can be unique and authentic 5) Many cool benefits and perks like workation, learning and development budget etc. 6)Lots of freedom, you are evaluated from results and productivity and not from hours worked 7) Perfect model of hybrid working 8)Collaborative work 9)Many helpful tools and always investing in new ones
