      Pros

      Small company, so community is tight. Get to leave on Friday at noon.

      Cons

      No career ladder, either be a partner which is never usually current employees, or be a normal employee with raises. Have to come in at 7:00am to 5:00pm

      Pros

      Salary and holiday bonus. A few good people.

      Cons

      Owners/Principles are very micro managing. A very conservative and religious work environment. Lots of pre-engineered metal building schools for small town clients.
