Pros

Life/work balance; supportive team; strong work ethic among colleagues; everyone is driven to succeed and put forth their best work. It is an amazing place to work that I have 100% enjoyed.

Cons

Market conditions are really tough right now in EdTech due to the loss of ESSER funds and challenges coming from the federal govenement, which are impacting how many schools can buy our products. This has led to a couple rounds of layoffs, but that is inevitable in today's economic condition.

Work-life balance, coworkers, work-from-home, good benefits

Cons

There used to be unlimited PTO, but now there are 20 days (still a good number of days, but one drawback.)

Pros

Literacy for All is a Headline and the real deal vibe at work. Benefits are nice People are awesome

Cons

Remote first is a great benefit, the challenge is staying connected to team members. Travel helps with this. I anticipate seeing them in person.
