Vibrant and modern office environment. Friendly teams in all departments. Free pizza once a month. On site parking. Great salaries and company benefits.

Pros
Lextox is a friendly and positive working environment. Even when faced with pressures, the staff are always positive and have a great working attitude. Senior management are always putting the staffs best interests first and are always helpful. They have a good bonus scheme along with other benefits like free gym membership. Lextox also support personal development and listen to feedback.
Cons
As part of a corporate Group they do have some strict guidelines.
