      Pros

      You are treated like gold. They care about their people and have created a phenomenal environment. Great training program and a solid management team. You could not work for a better crew!

      Cons

      The only tough part is you do have to travel a lot or at least I did when I was there, which make it tough if you have a family with small kids.
