The executive leadership has a very limited understanding of the day-to-day operations, which leads to unrealistic expectations of output and employee tasks. Employees are extremely overworked due to there being no backfill of employees who have left the company. There is no opportunity to employees to rise to manager level positions or increased autonomy of their work responsibilities. Personal and department-wide goals are not regularly set or adhered to and seem to be at the whim of executive management.
