Pros

Serving the needs of the medically compromised patients

Cons

Current buyout has the staff and management in a state of constant influx. Weekly changes to the job descriptions and the expectations to go above and beyond what you were hired to do all without any financial incentives.

Pros

The CEO is very genuine and caring. Lots of perks to make the job enjoyable like on-site massage therapy, food truck Friday's, pretty casual dress code, good pay and benefits.

Cons

The rest of the management is very hard to find when you need them, don’t offer much support, if you do your job well you’ll get everyone else’s mistakes dumped on you. Coworkers are constantly trying to push their work off on other people because it is rarely traceable. The PTO policy is one of the most ridiculous and backwards systems that exist to date. The job in itself is stressful with a hard focus on numbers and the bottom line and less about how you can actually achieve the goals if you need help.

Pros

great company. really innovative and on track to be around for a long time. pay and benefits were good. management seemed to care for the staff.

Cons

several coworkers had bad attitudes. wouldn't help you at all despite it being a team environment and would try to make themselves look better by dragging you down.
