Great place to work. Everyone is dedicated to helping each other and the community. Nice to know what you are doing is having an effect on patients who need blood transfusions.

The people here are fantastic, hardworking and dedicated to the mission. They also often promote from within, rather than bringing in outside applicants for managerial roles.

Cons

Blood banking can be hectic. Schedules can and will change sometimes with little notice. They're very upfront about that during the interview process.
