      Pros

      Great company. Great culture with motivated people. Solid product (software) solution. Tremendous opportunity for growth. Only company I've worked for that actually does & gives to social causes.

      Cons

      It's a privately owned company so you don't get stock options which is a downer. Product Management should be more cooperative with information & roadmaps.
