      Pros

      Great leaders and smart strategy; they became very focused and were building world-beating products in data for brands

      Cons

      Covid killed the business (they were trying to sell their shows to finance their US data expansion, and covid came along and killed the deal). Sad.

      An Emerging Company in an Emerging Industry

      Pros

      A great young company in an emerging space. If you are looking to get a foot hold in a company that mirrors the growth opportunities offered by the alcohol industry after prohibition, there is no better place to make your name. There is a certain energy of being involved in the birth of the industry. And while its easy to complain about what you are entitled to as an employee, this is a great place to serve as stepping stone to other Cannabis industry opportunities should you decide not to stay. Senior management is very focused on hitting a number of specific targets and have made that very clear to all involved in the endeavor.

      Cons

      Attempting to do too much with too few resources. As the company grows, some people may be put off by the fact that we are transforming to a company with internal processes, but that is required for sort of long term survival
